Per ogni acquisto effettuato su AglioOlioePeperoncino.it il cliente può effettuare un reso entro 14 giorni dalla data di consegna della merce.
Per poter essere reso un prodotto deve essere nelle seguenti condizioni: "Nuovo, non aperto e perfettamente sigillato nella sua confezione originale".
AglioOlioePeperoncino.it non effettuerà nessun rimborso nel caso i prodotti resi non siano nelle condizioni suindicate.
Prima di rispedire i prodotti l'acquirente deve preavvisare AglioOlioePeperoncino.it (per email all'indirizzo info@aglioolioepeperoncino.it e/o per telefono e/o WhatsApp al +39 388 2547 427).
La spedizione di rientro è a carico dell'acquirente, potrà essere effettuata con Pacco Postale o tramite Corriere Espresso e va indirizzata a:

Sulla spedizione deve essere indicato: "Reso acquisto online"
In caso di reso sarà applicata al rimborso spettante una commissione del 50% del prezzo dei prodotti, per recupero spese di riassortimento.
L'importo sarà riaccreditato entro 14 giorni dalla data di arrivo della spedizione di ritorno, verificata l'integrità e la corretta conservazione dei prodotti restituiti.
